WELCOME TO THE 2009-2010 MARCHING BAND!

Congratulations to the Northstar Marching Band on their successful performance in the Macy's Holiday Parade in Orlando, Florida!

Remember, we are able to achieve by remembering these four statements:1.) Great ones create what isn't, 2.) You need to get to where people think, 3.) We need to embrace what we have, 4.) The only thing to do is HELP other people.

The Northstar Marching Band was awarded first place at the 2008 WSMA State Marching Band Championships! They earned caption awards for Best Music, Best Visual, and Best Color Guard. Congratulations to the entire Northstar family!

RETIRED UNIFORM PILLOW FUNDRAISER.

Last chance to order your souvenir pillows! The star from the jackets is the front of the pillow with a side of the pant legs used as the backing. The pillows will be various sizes due to original uniform sizes. There is a rope cording around the seam which is either silver, dark blue or white. The cost is $50.00 per pillow with $25.00 going to the Northstar Band and $25.00 going to Debbie Gerber for time and materials. CONGRATULATIONS! The Northstar Marching Band is please to announce that they are the 2007 WSMA State AAAA Marching Band Champions! Caption awards were presented for "Best Percussion," "Best Color Guard," and "Best Visual Presentation."
